Job Summary
Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations, including training, development, staffing, scheduling, and performance management of the Front of House team. Lead by example while coaching team members on ways to progress and championing the Foundations of Hospitality and Brand Standards. Effectively communicate goals and challenges, maintain a positive composure in a fast-paced environment, and build cohesive relationships with all staff. Salary ranges from CAD $45,000.00 to $48,000.00 per hour. This role offers flexible scheduling, access to management training programs, leadership development sessions, and mentorship initiatives within Canada's leading casual dining restaurant.
