Job Summary
Front of House Manager leads by example in a high-volume Chick-fil-A environment, supporting senior leadership to run daily operations and coach team members. Responsibilities include participating in day-to-day activities, ensuring guest needs are met with immediate and respectful responses, training new hires, setting the tone for shifts, and counting drawers as part of opening/closing duties. The role requires leading shifts as a key holder, fostering teamwork, and maintaining excellent communication with guests and team members. The position emphasizes serving guests, upholding our culture, and delivering operational excellence and the Recipe for Service, with weekend availability and a focus on developing team members and maintaining a positive, people-focused environment.
