Job Summary
Lead shifts and support the management team in daily operations while ensuring high standards of food safety, health & safety, and cleanliness are maintained. Inspire and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service, coaching them to build confidence and capability. Support new team member training and development while helping to drive productivity, shop performance, and customer satisfaction. Create a positive, engaging, and inclusive team culture by acting as a role model for Pret's values and behaviours.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail or another fast-paced customer-focused environment
- Experience leading or supervising a team
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
- The ability to stay calm and effective in a busy environment
- A positive, hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example
