Job Summary
Lead FOH operations during closing shifts, ensure menus are accurate with precise allergens/icons, monitor food holding temps, restock items, and complete closing checklists. Support team members and resolve service issues or conflicts; communicate clearly with supervisors, kitchen staff, and team members about needs and updates.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years in food service or customer service (leadership a plus)
- Knowledge of Top 9 Food Allergens
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft365, Google Apps)
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Able to lift 25 lbs and stay on your feet
