Front of house lead/catering assistant

Lead and support the front-of-house team during daily operations, providing outstanding customer service and resolving guest concerns professionally. Open and close the café, train and coach team members, and ensure food displays, beverage stations, and dining areas remain clean, stocked, and presentation-ready. Prepare and package catering orders with attention to detail, coordinate deliveries and event setup, and communicate with clients to ensure orders are accurate and completed on time. Maintain food safety and sanitation standards while assisting with scheduling, inventory, and catering supplies. Requires flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
