Job Summary
Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and alignment with Stockmen’s standards. Lead the FOH team through scheduling, payroll processing, and inventory activities; coordinate with the General Manager, HR, Executive Chef, and Corporate F&B to address operational needs and staff matters. Act as a point of contact for guest and employee feedback, and drive improvements through appropriate channels. Provide coaching and performance reviews in collaboration with HR and the GM; ensure reporting of early outs, late starts, and call-ins, and model a positive, engaging leadership presence focused on teamwork and guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High school or equivalent
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Must have pleasant personality
- Team oriented and enjoy working with people
- Professionalism and ability to foster a supportive team environment
- Experience with payroll and scheduling (Paylocity) is preferred
- Strong communication with GM, HR, Chef, and Corporate F&B
