Job Summary
Oversee daily guest-facing operations for The Polar Express™ Train Ride by leading a Front of House team through check-in procedures, ticketing assistance, and guest flow coordination. Work alongside the Ticket Office Supervisor and Coach Maintenance staff to resolve guest concerns, maintain a clean environment, and model exceptional service standards. Monitor guest interactions in real time, provide coaching, and manage staffing needs to ensure efficient event execution. Assist with opening and closing procedures while communicating effectively with events teams and management. Maintain a positive, festive atmosphere during the seasonal operating period, working evenings, weekends, and holidays in varying weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the seasonal operating period
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
- Working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Navigate crowded guest areas safely and efficiently
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, attractions, tourism, retail, or customer service leadership
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
