Job Summary
Front of House team member providing exemplary customer service, cashiering, and preparing/serving food and beverages while complying with sanitation, health, and food safety standards. Responsibilities include selecting and selling products, directing customers around the store/menu, maintaining product knowledge, producing items per Elephant's recipes, operating equipment as trained, keeping a clean work area, cross-training in FOH roles, monitoring workflow during peak hours, and addressing guest concerns with professionalism and urgency.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) and/or Culinary Degree
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience - food service or hospitality experience highly preferred
- Current Oregon Food Handler's card
- Current OLCC permit
