Job Summary
Front of House Hourly Manager leads dining-level operations with enthusiastic hospitality, trains and develops hourly team members, hires staff, creates schedules, and drives guest satisfaction and sales opportunities. Responsibilities include maintaining standards and budgets, coaching and mentoring staff, implementing marketing initiatives and in-store promotions, ensuring safety and sanitation (ServSafe guidelines), managing inventory and costs, and collaborating with the General Manager on coaching, performance feedback, and cross-functional teamwork to deliver profitable restaurant operations.
Required Qualifications
- College degree preferred; Bachelor of Science in hotel/restaurant management desirable
- ServSafe Certification recommended
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must agree to background check
