Job Summary
Represent Hagius as the first point of contact for clients upon entry, welcoming them, checking them in, and ensuring they feel right at home. Assist clients with their needs, transforming concerns into positive experiences, while warmly introducing the HAGIUS experience to newcomers. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the studio and handle basic administrative tasks. This role requires proven hospitality experience, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- Proven hospitality experience (hotel, luxury retail, high-end fitness or wellness)
- Exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on creating a welcoming environment for all clients
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and support the operational needs of the studio
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front-of-house or reception role within the wellness, fitness, or hospitality industry
