Job Summary
Greet every guest genuinely and warmly, assist them in selecting meals and drinks, and process orders through the POS system. Deliver orders to the kitchen, ensure food is packed to brand standards, and promote additional items to increase sales. Keep guest areas clean and sanitary while maintaining a smart appearance. Adapt to changing business volume levels, follow instructions to achieve brand standards, and fill in daily paperwork. Speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and team members. Maintain a complete understanding of the menu and allergens. Work within a great team to deliver exceptional food quality and outstanding guest care at German Doner Kebab.
