Job Summary
Front of House opportunities at Ruth’s Chris Steak House under Prime Hospitality Group. The role encompasses serving, running, and server-assistant duties in an upscale dining environment with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. Candidates should have experience in fine dining, strong communication, multitasking ability, flexibility to work weekends/nights/holidays, and a willingness to complete the restaurant training program. Required Qualifications
- Highschool diploma or GED
- Experience as a server, runner, or server assistant in upscale fine dining preferred
- Above average computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
