Job Summary
Smile, maintain eye contact, and speak enthusiastically to make emotional connections with guests while adhering to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code. Multitask quickly yet thoroughly, work on your feet for several hours, and communicate effectively with guests and team members. Be team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable with a strong work ethic, honoring the vision and values of the restaurant. Other duties as assigned. This part-time to full-time role offers pay ranging from $13 to $16 based on availability, including medical, vision, and dental insurance for full-time staff, free food during shifts, and paid time off. Opportunities exist for personal and professional development through classes and college scholarships.
