Job Summary
The Front of House Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, taking orders, managing payments, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment. Essential duties include welcoming guests, utilizing the POS system for accurate order processing, maintaining cleanliness standards, and effectively communicating guest needs to the team. Candidates should possess strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a friendly personality, with at least 6 months of customer service experience required.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Must wear close-toed, non-slip shoes
Desired Qualifications
- Restaurant service background and experience
- CA Food Handlers Certification
