Job Summary
The Brewpub Crew Member position is responsible for creating a hospitable environment and guiding guests through their Brewpub experience. Key responsibilities include demonstrating knowledge of company policies, maintaining cleanliness, serving alcohol responsibly, and assisting with phone orders. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong verbal communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in hospitality or customer service, particularly in a brewpub or taproom setting, and a passion for craft beer.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Punctual and enthusiastic, honest, and reliable
- Successful completion of the Company’s onboarding, training program, and subsequent testing
- Physical demands: Heavy work - requires walking, standing, and driving for more than 75% of the workday
- Lifting 100 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Wearing the pre-established uniform, including non-slip, closed-toe shoes
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a brewpub or taproom preferred
- Knowledge and passion for craft beer preferred
- Previous hospitality experience
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced setting while remaining calm and organized
- Previous experience working in a customer service role
- Requires strong verbal communication skills
