Job Summary
Front of House Concierge at a brand-new retirement community: as the first point of contact, create a warm environment for residents and visitors across administration, event coordination and daily operations. Responsibilities include supporting residents in daily activities, assisting with activities and events, answering telephone enquiries, collaborating with residents, families, and staff, providing support to residents, guests and visitors, delivering high-standard food and beverage service in the restaurant, serving hot and bar drinks, cleaning communal areas, greeting visitors at reception and managing the car park, and undertaking activities under Health & Safety policies.
