Front of house/Back of House

Manage walk-in, online, and telephone reservations while receiving guests, escorting them to tables, and conveying requests to kitchen staff. Respond quickly and sympathetically to customer concerns, provide checks upon meal completion, and support colleagues during busy periods by taking orders, serving meals, and clearing tables. Liaise with kitchen staff to ensure efficient, seamless service. This role supplements the existing team at our restaurant.
