Job Summary
Greet customers with a friendly, professional demeanor and deliver exceptional service while preparing and serving coffee, teas, and other drinks to standards. Share menu stories, recommend items, and manage allergen procedures efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and surrounding areas, monitor stock levels, and restock supplies as needed. Use till systems for payments and orders, follow all health and safety and food safety guidelines, and resolve customer issues or complaints. Assist on other tasks as required, ensuring a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing personality; a people person
- Great work ethic and an even greater smile
- Good listening & verbal communication skills
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution-oriented perspective
- Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food service industry
- Some knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
