Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, manage reservations, and take customer orders to relay accurately to kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages while maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front of house area. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations, assist in setting up and clearing tables, and resolve customer inquiries or complaints promptly. This part-time role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends, with a focus on delivering exceptional hospitality within REEL Rochdale's dining experience.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the hospitality sector
