Job Summary
Front of House and Back of House team members at Chicken Salad Chick provide guest service in a fast-paced restaurant setting. Responsibilities include communicating effectively with guests and team members, maintaining eye contact, creating emotional connections, following food safety and cleanliness guidelines, maintaining quality parameters, multitasking quickly and thoroughly, and contributing to a team-oriented, dependable environment. Physical duties include lifting and carrying up to 55 lbs and being on one's feet for extended periods. Applicants should be friendly, cheerful, adaptable, reliable, and motivated to support guest satisfaction in a flexible schedule environment (notably closed on Sundays). Prior experience is preferred but not required; leadership opportunities are available as part of growth within the role.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry up to 55 lbs.
- Ability to stand for several hours
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
