Job Summary
Conduct pre/post trip inspections of assigned rear load, front load, side load, and roll off trucks in accordance with safety standards and state/federal regulations. Safely maneuver vehicles through residential, commercial, high-traffic, and construction environments while providing prompt, courteous waste removal services. Complete assigned route sheets, empty receptacles, clean spill areas, and accurately process all federally mandated paperwork. Notify dispatch of service interruptions, accidents, or unsafe situations and participate in scheduled training programs. Starting pay is $30–$33 per hour with opportunities for advancement through the Career Pathways Program, including merit increases and safety bonuses. Candidates must hold a valid Class A or B CDL license, possess a High School Diploma or GED, and be at least 18 years old.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid Class A or B CDL License
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Physical ability to handle objects more than 50lbs frequently throughout the day
- Ability to work under many different weather conditions
- Successful completion of pre-employment testing
- Drug screen
