Job Summary
Front Line Sales role in the Agency Channel within Health Insurance and BFSI. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, training insurance advisors, driving health insurance sales through advisors and field activities, achieving targets, supporting lead generation and customer acquisition, conducting field visits and sales calls, building relationships with advisors and customers, ensuring advisor engagement and productivity, providing product training and sales support, and maintaining reports and MIS. Requires BFSI sales experience, strong field sales skills, ability to recruit and manage advisors, excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, and a proactive, target-driven mindset. Graduate candidates with relevant BFSI sales experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in BFSI sales or field sales
- Graduate with relevant BFSI sales experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to recruit, manage, and motivate advisors or sales partners
- Comfortable in a target-driven environment
- Knowledge of health insurance, life insurance, and general insurance products
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Experience with lead generation, customer acquisition, and policy conversions
- Ability to conduct field visits, client meetings, and joint sales calls
- Maintaining daily sales reports, lead trackers, and MIS documentation
- Compliance with regulatory guidelines and organizational processes
