Job Summary
The Front Line Leader oversees a team within the Pulp or Power operating areas, focusing on safety, environmental performance, employee engagement, and production efficiency. The role includes leading team members to achieve results, conducting one-on-one coaching sessions, and implementing manufacturing excellence initiatives such as reliability programs and operational improvements. The position requires a strong ability to identify safety concerns, drive productivity, and reduce waste in operations, as well as excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. degree in Engineering or related field strongly preferred
- Successfully started the Front line leader onboarding curriculum or have completed
Desired Qualifications
- 5 + years experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or engineering fields preferred
- Strong leadership skills
- Proven track record of improving employee engagement
- Previous supervisory experience
