Job Summary
Join our Food & Beverage team as a Front Line Cook, responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality food, assisting with menus, and maintaining a clean work area according to health regulations. The role requires attention to detail, consistency, and a positive attitude while monitoring food quality and collaborating with staff for optimal guest satisfaction. Previous cooking experience and knowledge of kitchen operations are preferred. Must possess a Food Handler’s Permit and Alcohol Server Certification.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of six months related experience and/or training
- Food Handler’s Permit
- Alcohol Server Certification
- Ability to read and speak English

- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation practices.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
