Job Summary
Front-End Web Production Engineer on the UI/UX and CRO team translates approved designs into polished web experiences and manages high-volume ContentStack CMS production. Responsibilities include building pages from Figma designs, implementing HTML/CSS/JS within React/Next.js codebase, conducting thorough cross-browser/ cross-device QA, ensuring accessibility (WCAG 2.1) and regulatory compliance for financial services, collaborating with a Senior Full-Stack Developer and UX/UI Designer, and leveraging AI tools to speed up production and improve code quality. The role emphasizes pixel-perfect implementation, adherence to design systems, and delivering on conversion goals in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional front-end development or web production experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Computer Science, Design, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience
- Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS
- Working knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
- Experience with React and Next.js
- Hands-on experience with a headless CMS (ContentStack or similar)
- Cross-browser and cross-device QA
- Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
- Git version control
- Experience working in Agile or sprint-based workflows
- Portfolio of shipped web pages or production work showing React/Next.js experience
- Ability to read Figma designs and translate to code
- Experience with CSS animations (GSAP) is a plus
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for web page structure
