Job Summary
Front-end TypeScript Developer responsible for building and evolving features on Luscii’s RPM platform for healthcare professionals and patients worldwide. You will design scalable, performant, and accessible front-end architectures, translate complex healthcare workflows into intuitive user experiences, and collaborate with engineers, designers, and product owners to shape frontend standards within the front-end guild. This role emphasizes ownership of technical decisions, collaboration across cross-functional teams, and contributing to a fast-moving product environment while aligning with Luscii’s Holacracy-driven culture. Remote-first in the Netherlands with salaries listed in EUR per month (converted to USD annually).
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in similar roles and environments
- Strong experience with TypeScript
- Strong experience with React or comparable modern front-end frameworks
- Experience working in or contributing to scalable front-end architectures in complex product environments
- Experience with modern development workflows and tools such as GitHub and Linear
- Fluent in English
