Front End Team Member

Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they’re looking for. Ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling. Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes to maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store. Support Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Engage customers on programs like the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, enrollments for loyalty programs, and gather VOC feedback. Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production. Adhere to SOPs and safety policies; ensure compliance with applicable laws. Interact positively with customers and colleagues, promote the company values, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Other duties as assigned within a public retail store setting, including potential evening/weekend shifts and climate-controlled environments.
