Job Summary
Front End Team Leader leads store front-end operations, supervises Front End Team and Housekeeping Team Members, sets and achieves high standards of retail execution, builds a positive team environment, trains and mentors staff, delegates to Supervisors/Team Members, delivers outstanding guest service, manages scheduling to maximize productivity, and works toward sales and labor targets while complying with health, safety, and regulatory standards (Weights and Measures, FDA, HAACP, OSHA, ADA). Responsible for product knowledge, quality checks, maintaining clean shelves and cases, and adapting to varying store needs including nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong emphasis on leadership, teamwork, communication, and guest satisfaction with the ability to lead, train, and develop team members.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years or more experience in managerial experience
- Guest Service focused
- Knowledge of department product
- Medium level computer skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Values diversity
- Ability to perform physical requirements of position
- Proper handling of knives and cutting equipment
- Ability to work well with others
- Able to work flexible schedule based on needs of store including nights, weekends and holidays
