Job Summary
Front End Team Leader to guide the store's front-end operations, lead a sales-focused team to ensure excellent customer experience, manage payroll budgets and reporting, oversee donation programs and Ollie’s Army sign-ups, lead monthly safety meetings, assist with hiring, development, supervision, and scheduling of store associates, support merchandising execution and pricing updates, and perform team-leader duties for open/close as needed. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years supervisory experience in retail, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods. Equal opportunity employer.
