Front End Team Leader

Oversee all Front End, Cash Office, and Service Desk Operations by directing Team Members, planning work distribution, and managing departmental budgets and inventory. Interview, select, and train staff while handling complaints, discipline, and safety/security issues to ensure compliance with government regulations. Audit cash controls to prevent losses and maintain accurate records for documentation. Manage customer flow at registers and service desks to meet service requirements and maximize profits. Maintain conditions in the parking lot, lobby, and front end of the store.
