Front End Team Lead

Direct daily direction to associates in one department, covering merchandise presentation, inventory control, pricing, sales enhancements, stocking, and customer service activities. Execute all merchandising directives, maintain planograms, and prepare weekly work schedules. Support the Group Sales Manager and Department Manager in achieving sales, gross margin, inventory shrinkage, and payroll goals while conducting product demos and training. Assist in staffing by interviewing associates, coordinating training, and preparing performance appraisals. Resolve customer and associate opportunities, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience and better-than-average customer service results through product recommendations and program promotion.
