Job Summary
Supervise front-end operations at Total Wine & More, driving sales and service, train and develop team, ensure compliance with alcohol regulations, manage customer issues, oversee merchandising, POS and inventory, maintain safety and cleanliness, and support the store management team. Responsibilities include leading by example to deliver best-in-class service, maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere, coaching peers, ensuring adherence to laws governing alcohol sales, and contributing to key performance metrics while supporting training and development of staff. Requires 21+ years old, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility for evenings/weekends; benefits include PTO, health/dental/vision, 401(k)/HSA/FSA, parental leave, and additional coverages.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-3 years of experience, 1+ year of supervisory experience in retail
- Strong interpersonal skills and team player mindset
- Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
