Job Summary
Monitor ad items, special prices, and coupon deals to communicate sales program features to front-end personnel. Continually observe the front-end for proper coverage during high volume times, assisting with cash register operations, bagging purchases, and checkout procedures. Manage front-end supplies including bags, tapes, and cleaning materials within established budgets. Ensure timely pick-up, control, and security of cash in registers while implementing all security and accounting procedures. Maintain good working relationships with other department managers to improve storewide sales. Comply with all company policies, programs, and directives as specified in the Code of Conduct.
Required Qualifications
- Must have previous front end experience
- 21 years of age
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to help resolve a team member or guest concern
