Job Summary
Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter, exit, and approach the front end. Accurately operate the cash register and answer questions about current promotions to drive sales. Support donation programs year-round while assisting with truck receiving, pricing, merchandising, and store recovery. Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned. This part-time role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance within a team-oriented culture.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
