Front End Specialist Full Time

Front End Specialist assists customers and helps maintain store appearance, focusing on front-end operations. Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating the cash register, knowledge of current promotions to answer questions and drive sales, supporting donation programs (Ollie’s Army), receiving trucks, pricing items, merchandising products, recovering the store, and maintaining appearance with additional duties as assigned. Qualifications prefer a high school diploma or equivalent; must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; maintain a positive attitude and be a team player. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds, pushing/pulling up to 35 pounds, and standing for extended periods.
