Job Summary
The Front End Specialist assists customers and maintains the store appearance with primary focus on front-end operations, including greeting customers, operating the cash register, answering questions about promotions, supporting donation programs, receiving trucks, pricing items, merchandising, and maintaining the store appearance. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays, a positive, service-oriented attitude, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 35 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
