Job Summary
Greet every customer as they enter, exit, or approach the front end, then accurately operate the cash register while driving sales through knowledge of current promotions. Support Ollie's Army and other donation programs year-round, assist with receiving trucks, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store, and maintain the store appearance. Complete additional responsibilities as assigned while working evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis. This part-time role emphasizes a "good stuff cheap" mindset within a team-oriented culture that values grit, passion, and growth.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
