Job Summary
Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter, exit, or approach the front end while accurately operating the cash register. Answer customer questions about current promotions and advertisements to drive sales, and support Ollie's Army and other donation programs year-round. Assist with receiving trucks, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store, while maintaining the store appearance and completing additional responsibilities as assigned. This part-time role requires a high school diploma, the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds. New hire starting pay ranges from $15.25 to $16.25.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner
