Job Summary
Greet and acknowledge every customer entering and exiting the store, then accurately operate the cash register while answering questions about current promotions to drive sales. Support Ollie's Army and other donation programs year-round, assist with receiving trucks, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store. Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned. This part-time role requires evening, weekend, and holiday coverage with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
