Job Summary
The Front End Specialist helps customers and maintains the store front-end operations, including greeting customers, operating the cash register, answering questions about current promotions, supporting donation programs, receiving trucks, pricing and merchandising items, and maintaining store appearance. The role emphasizes customer service, merchandising, and general store maintenance with an on-site, part-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical duties include lifting up to 50 pounds, pushing/pulling up to 35 pounds, and standing for extended periods.
