Job Summary
Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store, then accurately operate the cash register while answering questions about current promotions. Manage all aspects of customer service, merchandising product, and store maintenance, including receiving trucks, pricing items, and recovering the store. Support Ollie's Army and other donation programs year-round while maintaining the store appearance. This part-time role requires working evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
