Job Summary
Greet and acknowledge every customer entering and exiting the store, while accurately operating the cash register and answering questions about current promotions to drive sales. Maintain the store appearance through merchandising, pricing items, and recovering the store after receiving trucks, and assist with Ollie's Army and other donation programs year-round. Complete additional responsibilities as assigned while supporting the team. This part-time role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
