Job Summary
Greet every customer as they enter and exit the store, accurately operate the cash register, and answer questions about current promotions to drive sales. Maintain the store appearance, assist with receiving trucks, pricing items, and merchandising product, while supporting Ollie's Army and other donation programs year-round. Complete additional responsibilities as assigned while working evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis. This part-time role emphasizes a "good stuff cheap" mindset, strong team collaboration, and a caring approach to treating others with dignity and respect.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
