Job Summary
Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations. Responsibilities include greeting and acknowledging customers, operating the cash register, knowing current promotions to answer questions and drive sales, supporting donation programs, assisting with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising products, recovering the store, and maintaining overall store appearance. Requires ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and includes physical duties such as lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing for extended periods. Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. This role emphasizes customer service, merchandising, and front-end operations in a part-time capacity at Ollie’s in Sandusky, OH.
