Job Summary
Front End Specialist assists customers and helps maintain the store appearance, with primary focus on front end operations. Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating the cash register, knowing current promotions to answer questions and drive sales, supporting donation programs, receiving trucks, pricing items, merchandising products, recovering the store, and maintaining overall store appearance. Requires ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
