Job Summary
The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance with primary focus on the front end of store operations, including greeting customers, operating the cash register, knowing current promotions to drive sales, supporting donation programs, assisting with receiving and pricing, merchandising, and maintaining appearance. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull 35 lbs, and stand for long periods. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
