Front End Specialist 1 Part Time

Front End Specialist I at Ollies (Part Time) assists customers and helps maintain the front end of the store, with responsibilities spanning customer service, merchandising, and front-end operations. Primary duties include greeting customers, operating the register accurately and efficiently, assisting with training new Front End Specialists, staying knowledgeable about promotions and donations, maintaining a neat front-end area, assisting with receiving and pricing, merchandising, communicating customer needs to Team Leaders, and executing additional store duties as assigned. Requires ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
