Job Summary
Greet every customer as they enter, exit, or approach the front end while operating the cash register accurately. Maintain store appearance, assist with receiving trucks, pricing items, and merchandising product, and answer customer questions about current promotions to drive sales. Support Ollie's Army and other donation programs year-round. This part-time role requires working evenings, weekends, and holidays regularly, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. You will engage and serve customers with a positive attitude in a team-oriented environment focused on "good stuff cheap."
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
