Job Summary
Design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products by executing software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with a focus on secure, stable, and scalable outcomes. Create high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems while leveraging enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools to improve delivery speed and code quality. Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications, gather and analyze large data sets to drive improvements in coding hygiene and system architecture, and apply knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain to maximize automation value.
Required Qualifications
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts
- Advanced applied experience
- Proficiency in React
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with automated unit/integration testing
- Respect for clean coding and best practices
- Hands-on practical experience in system design
- Hands-on practical experience in application development
- Hands-on practical experience in testing
- Hands-on practical experience in operational stability
- Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools within the work environment
- Demonstrated ability to critically evaluate, validate, and refine AI-generated outputs for correctness, performance, and security
- Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows
- Knowledge of data sensitivity considerations
- Knowledge of secure handling of inputs/outputs
- Adherence to resiliency and security expectations
- Ability to guide peers on safe and effective usage within team practices
- Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies
- Knowledge of CI/CD
- Knowledge of Application Resiliency
- Knowledge of Security
- Experience with UI testing frameworks (i.e. Cypress)
- Knowledge of UX Design (Figma)
