Job Summary
Design and build intuitive, high-performance user interfaces that interact with artificial intelligence models and data-driven systems. Develop front-end features using modern JavaScript frameworks to create interactive dashboards and visualizations that display model outputs and analytics. Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, product teams, and UX designers to integrate APIs, inference services, and model pipelines while ensuring UI performance for real-time or high-volume data. Troubleshoot front-end issues within applications relying on AI or data services and contribute to code reviews to maintain design system consistency.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience with software development including front-end application development
- Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Experience building production applications with React and modern JavaScript and TypeScript
- Experience with React state management and data-fetching libraries such as Redux Toolkit
- Experience with consuming RESTful or GraphQL APIs
- Experience acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility standards
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and AI services
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems
- Public Trust

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or enterprise search platforms
- Experience with containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices
- Experience supporting federal government programs
- Ability to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance
- Master's degree
